Omg. I told someone about... y'know. LOL. The word I *still* can't bring myself to type. A friend online, who didn't laugh at me, and hasn't decided I'm too weird to talk to. She said she found it interesting. And I was blushing so hard. *l* I don't think you guys are weird, but... it's different when talking to someone who's not... um. Yeah. *g* I'm so normal *bounce* Except... what the hell is... szchitop... I can't spell it without looking at it. Waaaait a minute. Schizotypal. That. What is that? The reason I got this, I think, is that I answered negatively to all the questions on group work and thinking bad thoughts about co-workers and group members cos I'm SO BLOODY PISSED OFF at one particular group member that's totalyl ditched us. GRR!! Ok. Um. Caaaaaaaalm before I get label a psycho or something...

In the tradition of the spate of Easter posts, I'll do mine *g*
I woke up and forgot it was Easter. Later mum and I reminisced on how, when my brother and I were little, I'd be so enthusiastic about Easter, and make cards and posters for everyone, but now Easter's just a non-issue...
We've never had Easter baskets (but they sound incredibly cool!) but we had eggs when we were little :o) I have great memories of going shopping with my family the day before and getting to pick my own eggs and bunnies! For the past few years, though, we haven't bothered, since Easter eggs are so expensive and we're too old for it, anyway. This year I had a box of eggs that I was going to give my neighbour, but she hasn't been home recently so we ended up opening it last night *l* And that was about the most Easter-ish part of my day. |

'M going to see "Secret Window" tomorrow with my friend (L) from work. Yay :o)

1. What do you do for a living?
I don't. :o( I'm broke. I'm a student! But I work as a waitress so I have enough money for train trips and textbooks and "Secret Window".
2. What do you like most about your job?
My friend (L), definitely! *g* We have a great time together - she's hilarious! And I like chatting with the customers, when I have time. It's also really nice to make sure that people have a great night out, especially when they realise the extra effort you put in and appreciate that! I don't mean just by tips (tipping is optional here so while it's nice if they do, it's certainly not bad if they don't), but by being friendly and nice etc.
3. What do you like least about your job?
The bad customers. GRRR. Some days I'm convinced that all of humanity is evil. The arrogant, self-centred, self-righteous people are the worst. The people who demand their food RIGHT NOW even though there are people who came in before them, and we're packed. And then, the stupid, ignorant people. SO many times I get a call from people wanting to order take-away, and they say "Oh, I'd like to make an order, but I don't know what I want yet..." and then ponder for 5 minutes while meanwhile there were a million other things I needed to do, but couldn't because I'm stuck on the phone listening to them go "Hmm..." *tears hair out* WHY?? WHY must they do that?! Would it really kill them to decide what they want BEFORE they pick up the phone?!
*calms self down*
4. When you have a bad day at work it's usually because _____...
Of the bloody dumbarse customers! They can make or break a night. Last Saturday was completely hectic - we had about 9 tables come in at about the same time, and we were short-staffed. But every single one of those tables were wonderful and understanding, which made all the difference in the world! I'd much prefer that my customers didn't tip, but were as nice as these! But bad customers are horrible and just ruin the whole night.
5. What other career(s) are you interested in?
LOL Not waitressing, definitely! Uhh... logic would say something law-related, I guess. But what I really want to do is make my money quickly, retire early and then move to a tiny little town and spend the rest of my life writing, without having to worry about the fact that if my writing fails to sell, I won't have anything to rely on!

I'd have a cafe and serve coffee and cake.

I wouldn't! Ugh. The idea of running a school is just not me *l*

LOL I can't sing! And I did piano for maybe a year. So I doubt I'd record an album at all...

Another of my lj accounts got friended by lj_serialadder and it kind of creeps me out/irritates me as if someone had come uninvited into my house... I'm being paranoid and over-reacting, I know. Just - Grr. Not happy. And they're right, I can't do anything about it, which sucks even more. And LJ's just changed its "friends/friend of" thing to "stalking/stalked by", which is.... yeah.
Edit: Ok. *blush* It's an April Fool's joke, apparently. *blushes more* LOL I guess the thing with April Fool's jokes, for me, is that even thought it's April Fool's Day, I never expect anyone to actually do a prank, so I'm always surprised! *l* And besides... it's 10:30pm, I'd forgotten all about the date! But, just so you know :o) Don't freak out like me! End edit.

*lol* These things are just like a lucky dip for me. The last time I did it, I was Molly Weasely, who is ESJF. Even after the explanation that E's recharge by being in the company of other people, and I's recharge by being alone, I'm still not sure which applies to me. I think they both do... I feel like I need to be alone for some time every day, but I can manage if that time is just the time I have when I'm in bed at night, or I can survive for a few days with no break, if I have to... And I don't need to be with other people, but it gives me a huge buzz when I am... *l* I'm so indecisive and changeable that I don't think I've ever gotten a stable result for these tests! It depends too much on what mood I'm in when I'm taking them, and I always feel like putting qualifiers on everything... yes, I am a dreamer, but I'm a realistic dreamer who draws a very strict line between dreaming and reality... there's no provision for that!
